Abundant water flowing through our green land
Relieving the strong thirst of the earth
Pure and constant, natures way
Faced with destruction in these days
Listening to the wise words of the elders
How did we get lost upon the way
Everything is Interconnected
The source of life to be respected
Opposing, protesting, objecting
Crazy amorality
There has to be another way... respecting natures sacred place
Because the...
Waters rising from the earth
Up into the spring
Flowing deep under the ground
Preservation
Waters running from the spring
To feed the moving stream
Down into deep rivers
Needing Preservation
Rivers meet and dance into the ocean
Cycles, mother nature finds her way
We can’t let it be, stop this thoughtless mining
Digging down to the rocks in this green land
Infection, contamination
Challenging communities
There has to be another way... respecting natures sacred place
Because the...
Hoping for a positive solution
Looking deep into the wishing well
Trust it will be pure and safe, protected
With our wish granted
Shielded, un-threatened and cherished
Our waters deserve respect
There has to be another way... protecting natures sacred place
Because the...
Waters rising from the earth
Up into the spring
Flowing deep under the ground
Preservation

She was born in the spring at the break of dawn in a small house on the hill
Villagers came to celebrate and give her their good will
Family generations have lived here all their lives
With expectations and dreams of her journey to come
Hearing the wind as it calls her name. Feeling the flow of the stream
No walking in footsteps, creating her own. Listening to the heart, helps others do the same
Playing in the garden of her house on the hill, discovering everyday
Enjoying the moment, learning as she goes, a magic world of fantasy
The school bell will soon be ringing, at a tender four years old
High expectations and goals for many more years to come
Hearing the wind as it calls her name. Feeling the flow of the stream
No walking in footsteps, creating her own. Listening to the heart, helps others do the same
Grown up now, she’s created a life free to travel, inspire and to play
But her family is older needing her help, she returns to the house on the hill
Well everything changes, turns around and roles reverse
Expectations, still searching the balance, still seeing the light in the dark
Hearing the wind as it calls her name. Feeling the flow of the stream
No walking in footsteps, creating her own. Listening to the heart, helps others do the same
